Terms of Service

NxtStride Finland Oy — Title.Stream & Sports-Veritas.com — Last updated: 6 May 2026

What these platforms are for

Title.Stream and Sports-Veritas.com are operated by NxtStride Finland Oy (“NxtStride”, “we”, “us”), a Finnish company building digital recognition infrastructure for sports within the IOC-recognised family.

Title.Stream publishes structured, search-engine-indexed records of championship-level athletic achievement. Sports-Veritas.com publishes editorial stories that contextualise those achievements within their sport.

Together, the platforms exist to make athletic achievement in practitioner sports visible, discoverable, and permanent. They are not advertising platforms. They are not social media. They are recognition infrastructure, built in partnership with international sports federations.

By accessing or using either platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Who we serve

Our content is developed in collaboration with international sports federations recognised by the International Olympic Committee, including federations within the ARISF and AIMS membership. The sport context on our platforms — taxonomy, discipline classifications, glossary, championship structures — is defined and maintained by the relevant federation. We provide the technical infrastructure; federations provide the expertise.

We serve athletes, their stakeholders, and the wider public. Our platforms are freely accessible. You do not need an account to read content on either platform.

Content accuracy and federation responsibility

All content on Title.Stream is derived from results provided and validated by the relevant international federation. Federations review, approve, and operate the publication of achievement information within their sport. NxtStride provides the publishing infrastructure; the federation is responsible for the accuracy of the sport-specific information published through it. Where errors in results or achievement data are identified, the relevant federation is responsible for initiating corrections. NxtStride will implement corrections promptly upon federation instruction.

Sports-Veritas.com editorial content is developed by NxtStride with reference to federation-provided information and publicly available sources. We commit to fairness, contextual depth, and respect for the sport and its athletes. We do not publish content that sensationalises, trivialises, or decontextualises athletic achievement.

If you believe any content on our platforms contains a factual error, please contact us at contact@nxtstride.com and we will refer the matter to the relevant federation for verification.

Achievement data

A core purpose of these platforms is the creation of structured, persistent records of athletic achievement in sports where such records do not otherwise exist in discoverable digital form.

Achievement data published on our platforms is derived from competition results that are already in the public domain by virtue of the relevant federation’s own publication. We structure, index, and maintain this data so that it is findable by search engines, linkable from external sources, and persistent over time.

We may make achievement data available to third parties through data licensing, search indexing, API access, or other distribution mechanisms. When we do so, we credit the relevant federation as the sanctioning body and ensure that our use of the data is consistent with the recognition mission described above.

Achievement data refers to publicly available competition results — event names, dates, locations, disciplines, placements, and publicly announced athlete names as they appear in official results. It does not include private personal information.

Personal data and privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Finnish data protection law. NxtStride Finland Oy, registered in Finland (Business ID: 3456649-1), is the data controller for personal data processed through these platforms.

We do not sell personal data of individual athletes or users to third parties. We do not serve targeted advertising. We do not use tracking technologies for advertising purposes.

For full details on how we collect, process, and store personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

If you have questions about your personal data or wish to exercise your rights under GDPR, contact us at contact@nxtstride.com.

Intellectual property

Content published on Title.Stream and Sports-Veritas.com — including editorial text, structured data records, achievement announcements, metadata, site design, and platform architecture — is owned by NxtStride Finland Oy unless otherwise indicated.

The sport context (taxonomy, glossary, discipline classifications, championship structures) is provided by the relevant international federation and remains the intellectual property of that federation.

You may share links to our content freely. You may quote briefly from our editorial content for non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of our content, scrape our platforms for data extraction, or use our content to train machine learning models without our prior written consent.

Federation partners have separate licence terms governing their use of platform content, as set out in their Federation Services Agreement.

Acceptable use

You may access our platforms for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use our platforms to:

  • scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data except through authorised means;

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep our platforms available and our content accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platforms at any time.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platforms after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our platforms are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Achievement data and sport-specific content is provided and validated by the relevant international federation; NxtStride does not independently verify competition results and does not warrant their accuracy or completeness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NxtStride Finland Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platforms. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed €100.
